| Con Buckley, C.A. |
 |
Con graduated in Commerce with a major in Finance,
from the University of Bristish Columbia and obtained his Chartered
Accountancy designation in 1972. Con is the senior partner of
the firm and his practice is made up of service and manufacturing
industries, technology companies and taxation services including
estate planning. He also has extensive experience in finance
issues. |

| Geoff Dodds, C.A. |
 |
Geoff graduated in Commerce with a major in Accounting
and Finance, from the University of British Columbia and obtained
his Chartered Accountancy designation in 1980. Geoff is the
managing and personnel partner and his practice consists of
audit, accounting, tax, and business advisory services for small
to medium sized organizations. He also has extensive experience
in public companies and regulatory issues, the film industry,
and the hospitality industry. Geoff is also very active in assisting
not-for-profit organizations, acting as a Director and Treasurer
for various societies including The Peoples Law School, Craft
Association of BC, Cuisine Canada, as well as a number of other
charitable and cultural societies. |

| Fiona Goud |
| |
Fiona joined Buckley Dodds as our client services
representative in 1995. She is the first contact with clients
when they call or visit our office. In addition to assisting
with client services, she is responsible for accounts receivables,
personal income tax returns and all of the office administration
services.
When she is not at the office, Fiona enjoys photography,
reading and creative writing. |

| Dennis George Go |
 |
Dennis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration majoring in Accounting in 1986. He obtained
his CPA designation in 1987 and MBA in 1989, all from the Philippines.
He is currently reviewing for the U.S. Certified Public Accountants
examination under the state of New Hampshire.
Dennis joined Buckley Dodds in 2002 as a senior staff accountant.
Dennis worked for the Small Business and Tax Group of Ernst
& Young, LLP for five years prior to joining Buckley Dodds.
He assists our clients with accounting and taxation services.
Some of the services he provides include compilations, on-site
setup of accounting systems, and extensive tax assistance.
Dennis is a registered Community Service Volunteer of Canada
Revenue Agency. On his spare he enjoys going to the movies,
but often you can find him at the office on his free time. |

| Jerry Dhamrat |
 |
Jerry graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia in 2006.
He then went on to obtain his Diploma in Accounting from the
Sauder School of Business at UBC in 2007. He is currently an
articling student in the CA School of Business and working towards
his CA designation.
Jerry joined Buckley Dodds as a staff accountant in 2007.
He assists our clients with accounting and taxation services.
Some of the services he provides include compilations, personal
& corporate tax returns and audit support.
When not working or studying, Jerry enjoys playing and watching
hockey as he is an avid hockey fan. |

| Rick Bains |
 |
Rick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Biology from the University of British Columbia in 2005.
He then took a year off and worked at a call center. The following
year he was back at UBC and obtained his Diploma in Accounting
in 2007. He is currently an articling student in the CA School
of Business and working towards his CA designation.
Rick joined Buckley Dodds as a staff accountant in 2007. He
assists our clients with accounting and taxation services. Some
of the services he provides include compilations and personal
& corporate tax returns.
Rick enjoys volunteering in the community, working out, and
traveling as much as possible. |

| Diana Wong |
 |
Diana graduated with a Diploma (with Honours)
in Financial Management from BCIT and was given a CGA scholarship
to further her education. She has been a CGA since 1988, and
has previous work experience at Revenue Canada Taxation. She
has been with our firm for many years and assists our firm with
personal income tax services. |
